On 08/14/25 Carolyn, the property owner, met with EPC Planner Joe Letke and with RBD plan review team regarding this proposed project. The property owner is placing a tuff shed on vacant lot 13 which will benefit her property and future residential land uses for her son. At a later date the property owner will add electrical work to power computer servers.
An accessory use agreement form has been completed, notarized, and will be recorded.
