A new Single Family Residence (SFR) Zoning Development Permit (ZDP) Application submitted to the City of Woodland Park Planning & Building Department is required to verify and document conformance with the Municipal Code. The form can be downloaded from the City of WP Planning & Building Dept. website:

Note that the Site Plan as submitted does address all of the Site Plan Checklist requirements as outlined in the ZDP application. The Site Plan will need to be resubmitted to PPRBD after all the Checklist items have been addressed and the ZDP Site Plan has been reviewed by City staff.
