1.) Must provide architectural plans for "Auxiliary Living Quarters" and provide intended use of the space. An Accessory Living Quarters Affidavit may be required. If this is detached from primary residence, you must contact Miranda Benson at 719-520-7940 to proceed with Special Use process.
2.) Show driveway access to proposed garage. Parcel does not meet criteria for more than 1 driveway access. 2nd and 3rd driveway accesses visible on GIS aerial image must be vacated.
3.) This permit is ONLY for the detached garage. Provide architectural plans for garage. Must pull a dual permit or 2 separate permits. Remove proposed Auxiliary Living Quarters from site plan if Regional Buildingl does not include it in the description for this permit.
