Due to the proximity to the property line, a field survey by a Colorado licensed professional land surveyor will be required to verify that the side setback to the new deck conforms with the Municipal Code.
The new decks are a change to the zoning footprint, which requires a Zoning Development Permit (ZDP) to properly verify and document conformance with the City Municipal Code. Use the City Multi-Use Zoning Development Permit which can be downloaded from the City's website at:
