Wrecking permit for this structure is required prior to approval of this plan and any other on site. On sheet AD101 what are the new structures being shown that were not presented prior, that are also being removed (noted as D1)? What are the uses of these structures and the address used? The reviewer of this project presented to City Planning in Enumerations was under the impression that 1830, 1850 & 1820 were being remodeled. Add all of the addresses to sheet AD101.Cloud the area being removed for this plan only.
The secondary addressing on the 2nd floor should start with a 2 not a 1 for the 2nd floor. 101 was changed to 201, 102 was changed to 202, 103 was changed to 203. This was corrected on sheets G-003 labeled Accessibility Plan & G-00 3in the Architectural plans. If these sheets get changed out correct them.
