As of May 4, 2026, all applicants are required to submit a Stormwater Permit Request Form to initiate an application for new single-family residential construction. The form is available on the EPC website at: www.epc-stormwaterpermit.com/
Please note that an approved Stormwater Permit must be obtained prior to the issuance of a Building Permit through Pikes Peak Regional Building Department (PPRBD).
At this time, your plan cannot be reviewed. Once the Stormwater Permit Request Form has been submitted and the appropriate permit has been obtained, YOU MUST UPLOAD your approved, stamped Stormwater Permit Form with the resubmittal for review. For any questions contact the Stormwater department at StormWater@elpasoco.com.
