OWTS will require verification/modification to accommodate the proposed change to the structure. OWTS as currently installed does not support the intended addition, as the room labeled as an office with a closet meets the definition of a bedroom for purposes of wastewater design. The current OWTS will require an updated soil analysis by an OWTS engineer as part of the modification. Contact an OWTS licensed installer to initiate the system modification process.
