40 Minute consultation with mechanical and general contractor. At the present time there is no service access for the air handler. Will need revised/approved prints showing new location of condenser and furnace. Outside air for furnace will need a motorized damper or back draft damper installed if using a manual volume damper. Contractor is to find out what the range is for in the extraction room, will need a sign installed as to what purpose of range is. Will there be any exhaust/cooling of the lights being installed? If yes, prints will need to reflect this. Test and balance report will need to be submitted for extraction room to verify outside air meets equipment schedule.
