Contingent of occupancy, is the 4-hr fire barrier being built on permit K82556. This is also a K1 permit. This wall has not been started. The "existing" 3-hr Fire Barrier on the plans is not correct. Per the tenant buildout to the norths approved plans, this is a 1-hr fire barrier. Will need clarification on approved set for this item. Also on permit K82556, the wall built to separate the north tenant from the fitness area, is to be an "existing" 1-hr fire barrier. The approved plans on this permit show it as a non-rated partition which is correct per the calculations for non-sep use for Crunch and BMC. Will need clarification on the K82556 plans..
