Per City code - 7.4.409.A(1) - Major Sign Types - Allocation is based on the linear tenant frontage in which sign is placed. This tenant is classified as "Office" use and is regulated at a 1 to 1 ratio. (1 square foot of signage per 1 linear foot of tenant wall. Tenant wall on the north elevation equals 44 linear feet which would allow a 44 sf sign on the north. Per application submittal sign calculates out to a 62.92sf which exceeds code allocation. Please reduce size of sign to meet code and re-submit.
