Upon site inspection the measurement of the "Canopy" = 40 linear feet on the east elevation. Canopys are regulated at a .5sf per linear foot of canopy frontage. The proposed sign calculates out to 28.44sf and exceeds code allowance. Please reduce size to meet code and re-submit.
