Thank you for your submittal. Per City Code 7.4.409.A.2 - Major Sign Types / Freestanding. One freestanding sign per property with size and height based on linear frontage along right of way. This site has an approved exiting freestanding sign for Spectrum on the north west corner of landscape buffer near building. No additional freestanding signs permitted. Based on property frontage these tenants would be permitted to have one sign up to 100sf x 25ft in overall height.
