Per comments issued to contractor on phone, denial notes are as follows:
Under "Residential Use" classification, Freestanding signs are regulated as follows: (1) Low profile freestanding sign not to exceed 32sf x 7ft overall height. Per proposed submittal, sign exceeds code and indicates 7'-4" overall height. In addition, additional plaque sign on vertical column shown on plan image puts sign over limit for square footage and must be removed.
Under formal review, second sign (directory) by the Club house would get support for approval.
