Denied:
Per past two previous comments on submittal application, Freestanding sign for Hampton Inn is not permitted per Plaza at Barnes West Coordinated Sign Plan - AR DP 18-00670-A1MN20-CSP. All ground signs were reviewed and approved through this entitlement by the Developer / Property owners. Any amendment to this plan must have a formal pre-application meeting to discuss compliance and a updated Amendment to the current Coordinated Sign Plan.
