I can not see where hoistway ventilation has been added in any of the plan or equipment specification pages.
Mechanical pages, Hoistway ventilation required. The hoistway for these elevators have the drive machine and controller inside the hoistway, hoistway is considered as the machine space/control space. See IBC 3005.2 and ASME A17.1 section 2.7.9.2 Hoistway ventilation means shall be equipped with an approved motorized damper, controlled via top of hoistway thermostat, interlocked with top of hoistway heat detector and elevator lobby smoke detectors, damper to close upon activation of any of these devices.

P2.0 1 50 gpm sump pump is required per elevator, if only using 1 pump it must be 100 gpm, ensure pit floor slopes toward sump pit.
Mechanical pages. Hoistway ventilation must be provided, ventilation opening shall be equipped with an approved motorized damper controlled by a thermostat at the top of the hoistway and interlocked with heat detector at the top of the hoistway and elevator lobby smoke detectors, damper shall close upon activation of any of these devices, serviceable mechanical equipment is not allowed in elevator hoistway.
