Denied:
Thank you for your submittal. After further review, this application was submitted under the parcel address on the south side of this development. Sign permit applications are required to be submitted under the parcel that the signs are physically located.
The monument sign per proposed site plan is located on the north east corner of the development under parcel: 5330401152
In addition, the location of the sign will require additional reviews from outside departments:
NOTE: Prior to Regional Bldg. issuing a sign permit, please contact buckslips@csu.org with Utilities. Your sign location may be in conflict with existing utilities. You will be required to submit a Sign Inspection Request form which can be available by emailing either the address above or kurt.schmitt@coloradosprings.gov. Upon CSU approval, this form will be required with the re-submittal of the sign permit application.
1. Send an email to (buckslips@csu.org) with all the documentation you are sending to Kurt including proposed locations with distances from sidewalks or curbs, etc. and detail of proposed signs including their footings.
2. Call 811 to locate all the utilities at the proposed site.
3. If there are no conflicts, an email will be sent to Kurt Schmitt with Planning and Zoning as well as a response to you letting you know that the proposed location is acceptable.
4. If there are conflicts, CSU will discuss the options and how to make it work, and send an email to both of you stating that the proposed location after receiving a revised document with location updates that are agreed upon.
ALL CONTRACTOR SIGNS (TEMPORARY BANNERS ATTACHED TO CONSTRUCTION FENCE) MUST MEET CODE FOR CONSTRUCTION SIGNS FOR SIZE AND QUANTITY. ALL SIGNS MUST BE SECURELY ATTACHED SO THEY ARE NOT A SAFETY RISK.
