Is the existing being removed? If not is this building attached to the existing per Construction Code? If it is a separate business it will be required to have a separate address.
Provide a site plan of the entire lot to include all structures, access into the lot, north arrow. Enumerations should not be marking up the development plan. The site plan in need for Enumerations purposes.
