This is part of a commercial use for Monument Glamping, this is not a family house or residential use, this is specific to a commercial use that has been approved at the BOCC hearing. This will require being submitted under a commerical use and permit.

- Plans are of non-conventional construction and must be stamped by a Colorado licensed design professional.
- No design criteria provided. Indicate codes used as well as wind speeds and snow loads used for design.
- Per previous conversations, this needs to be submitted as a commercial plan, not a residential plan. This requires a code study to be provided and stamped by design professional as well. See our website for code study form. As previously stated, If project complies with 2015 IBC section 310.5.2 based on total occupants and rooms, then it may be viewed as lodging house which can be designed and inspected to the IRC ( International residential code ) but site plan indicates more sites than 5 structures that do not fall under park model.
1. Please see either the "Progress Set" or the "Review Set" for required corrections.
2. The "Review Set" will become available after all department reviews are complete.
3. Electronic Plans may be re-submitted after the "Review Set" has been created.
4. After all reviews are complete, paper plans may be picked up from the same location they were submitted.
