If no one is available to take that review on an overtime basis, your plan may end up being reviewed in the regular sequence.

The sign application package did not include the South Elevation. Please submit with the resubmittal package. The linear length of the north and south elevation is 25' which allows a maximum square footage of 37.5 sf = 25' linear length (1.5 for commercial use). The proposed signage (38.52 sf) is over the allowable of 37.5 sf. Please resubmit the sign application with the reduction of square footage for the proposed signage. In addition there is a discrepancy between the site plan and the north elevation drawings - the site plan notes Sign A for the north side of the building and Sign B for the south elevation however the north elevation illustrates Signs A and B. Please correct for the resubmittal.
