Overtime reviews are billed at $100/hour of review time. Requesting overtime is optional. If I don’t request it, my plan will still be reviewed in the order submitted. Overtime reviews are dependent on staff availability, so there is no guarantee that the review will be expedited. You will only be charged overtime fees if we are able to perform those reviews. If no one is available to take that review on an overtime basis, your plan may end up being reviewed in the regular sequence.

Per City Code requirements all applications proposing ground or freestanding signs required a scaled site plan indicating a minimum of (2) setback dimensions showing exactly where the sign will be displayed even if the sign is being replaced like for like. In addition, per city code 7.4.1307.C - Minor Sign Types / Canopy - Only (1) is permitted per canopy elevation. Both the East and west elevations are proposing 2 signs per elevation. NOTE: This plan was denied for illegal signage. If the illegal signage is still up when a re-review is requested, a $100 fee will be assessed prior to further re-inspections. Upon site inspection the following non compliant signs were recorded and must be removed: (1) Illegal Feather banner in western landscape buffer - Illegal feather /wave banners are PROHIBITED in City limits. Banners are ONLY permitted when they are attached to the exterior of a building wall, require a permit and are limited to 90 days display allocation per calendar year per City Code §7.4.1307(F)(1)(b)(7). (2) Multiple unpermitted temporary Identification banners on the fuel canopy / convenient store - Illegal banner(s) without permits are PROHIBITED in City limits. Banners are allowed when they are attached to the exterior of a building wall, require a permit and are limited to 90 days display allocation per calendar year per City Code §7.4.1307(E).
