Now there are more carports added to the site plan, along with location changes to others. 5 bays, 3 bays & 6 bays. There are no new Code Study Forms for these new carports-which are required. Each size of carport require a separate address. All addresses along with new addresses have been added to the site plan. If this sheet gets changed out, the addressing will need to be reapplied by you.
One of the Code Study Forms has a 7 bay carport but the site plan does not. These need to match.
