In addition, Per City Code, wall signs are regulated under the commercial use classification and are given a 1.5 sf per linear foot of tenant building frontage. The building on the east and west calculates out to 20 linear feet which would allow up to 30 sf for the east elevation and the west elevation. Per your drawing, signs on these two elevations exceed code allocations - measured 36.82 sf and the dimensions provided by the applicant totals 37.12 sf. Please revise application to reflect the 30 sf total for the east elevation and 30 sf total for the west elevation and update the application document to include the Use and the TSN.
