Per City Code, wall signs are regulated under the commercial use classification and are given a 1.5sf per linear foot of tenant building frontage. The building on the east elevation calculates out to 22 linear feet which would allow up to 33 sf. Per your proposed drawing, the proposed sign on the east elevation exceed code allocations with the 43.10 sf wall sign. This leaves an overage 10.10 sf. Please revise application to reflect the 33 sf total for the east elevation and re-submit.
