In addition, complete the following item(s): 1. The proposed wall signs, for the east elevation and the west elevation are not to scale. 2. Provide the east elevation of the projecting sign that includes the dimension from the base of the sign to the top of the existing grade. Note that City Code Section 7.4.1307.B.1.e.3 states that a sign projecting over a pedestrian area shall not be less than eight (8) feet above the existing grade. 3. Add the use of the business and, change the store front length to reflect the 32’ linear length for the east and west elevations on the sign permit application form.
