The listed tenant has 293 linear feet of frontage along I-25 which would allow up to a 103sf x 21'-0" in overall height. All new sign permits require current compliance. The current sign is classified as "Legal non-conforming and my not be raised, lowered, removed or changed in structural integrity otherwise it would require current compliance. The only current allocation for the existing pole sign is "face changes" only which does not require permits.
