Overtime reviews are dependent on staff availability, so there is no guarantee that the review will be expedited. You will only be charged overtime fees if we are able to perform those reviews. If no one is available to take that review on an overtime basis, your plan may end up being reviewed in the regular sequence.

Per City Code, wall signs are regulated under the commercial use classification and are given a 1.5sf per linear foot of tenant building frontage. The building on the west elevation calculates out to 27 linear feet which would allow up to 40.5 sf. Per your proposed drawing, the proposed sign on the west elevation exceeds code allocations with the 45.71 sf wall sign. This leaves an overage 5.21 sf. The building on the south elevation calculates out to 27 linear feet which would allow up to 40.5 sf. Per your proposed drawing, the proposed sign on the west elevation exceeds code allocations with the 45.71 sf wall sign.
