Upon site inspection the following non-compliant signage was reported:
1. Two (2) illegal banner(s) are attached to the existing freestanding sign on the northside of the property in the landscaped area are PROHIBITED in City limits. Banners are ONLY permitted when they are attached to the exterior of a building wall, require a permit and are limited to 90 days display allocation per calendar year per City Code §7.4.1307(F)(1)(a)(3) / §7.4.1307(F)(1)(b)(2) / §7.4.1309(A).
2. An illegal banner(s) attached to posts within the northside of the property, adjacent to Dublin Boulevard street frontage is PROHIBITED in City limits. Banners are ONLY permitted when they are attached to the exterior of a building wall, require a permit and are limited to 90 days display allocation per calendar year per City Code §7.4.1307(F)(1)(a)(5) / §7.4.1307(F)(1)(b)(7).
