In this case, to keep the addressing consistent with addressing in the area, the address for the office and storage buildings will need to change to 7939 Meridian Park Dr. Please change all plan pages to show this updated address.
2. Show lot lines and add the surrounding street names to the site plan on page A0.2.
3. It appears a wrecking permit has not been issued for the existing home 11750 Owl Place, Enumerations will not approve any plans for this project until a wrecking permit is in place for the existing residence.
4. This area will be re-platting to Falcon Ranchettes Filing No. 1A, Enumerations will not approve this plan until the final plat for the new filing has been recorded and sent to us for our records. Okay to email Becky Allen a copy of the recorded plat (beckya@pprbd.org)
