This site includes only Suites "A & B" measures out at 50 linear feet which would allow per code (1.5sf per linear foot) up to 75sf total. Currently the proposed wall sign 91.77sf which exceeds code allocations and will not get approval. Please reduce size of the wall sign for the south elevation down to meet compliance at 75 sf.
