Denied:
Per current code, existing monument sign is legal non-conforming and may not be raised, lowered,removed or changed in structural integrity otherwise it would be required to come into compliance. Currently only a "face change" is permitted as this is one of two monument signs on this property that are legal non-conforming. This property is only permitted up to one sign regulated by the property frontage along a right of way. Once either sign is raised, lowered, removed or changed in structural integrity they must come into compliance and would lose their conformity.
Wall sign meets code requirement and may be submitted separately in order to move forward with the review.
