Thank you for your submittal. Per site inspection, the (3) directory post and panel signs do not meet the code criteria setbacks of 15ft minimum per code. Based on the supplied setback dimensions, MS-2 Pylon 1, the sign setback is only 6'-3" from the property line. MS-2 Pylon 2 is 7'-6" from property line and MS-2 Plyon 3 is 8'-9" setback from property line. In addition, please submit a elevation drawing showing the location of wall signs AS-100, 102, 103 and 104.
