DENIED: Thank you for your submittal.
Per site inspection the location of the sign locate doesn't match the location as depicted on the sign permit application documentation. Please provide clarification. In addition, the proposed free-standing sign is over the allowable in height and in maximum size. The linear length of the property on the west is 27.01 ft. per the subdivision plat (Lot 2 Odyssey Replat). The maximum allowed for a free-standing sign for an industrial use with less than 160 ft of linear length is 34 sq. ft size and 7'-0" height. Please revise and resubmit the sign permit application accordingly.
