A wrecking permit required for the canopy that is not attached to the existing building. Use 5495 N Academy Blvd for the wrecking permit. This permit is required to be in place prior to Enumeration approving this plan in this department, along with any other comments below.
On sheet A100- add the street names to the roadway on all 3 sides of the lot. Enumerations should not be marking up the civils or DP.
Signage should be crossed out and will not be a part of this plan. Contact DRE with the City of Colorado Springs for separate review and permits.
The trash enclosure does not meet the requirement based on height to have an address assigned and separate permit issued.
The address for the new canopy is 5497 N Academy Blvd, this address was added to Code Study form for you.
