Please upload a scaled site plan. From what I am showing the rear property line is only 5 ft from the house at 480 Glen View Ct and 478 Glen View Ct does not have enough room either as the property line angles up. The fire pit and the Hot tub will be outside the property lines. On the mechanical plans it measures out 7 ft for the gas line to the fire pit.
