Remove ALL references to gas piping from the plumbing plans. Show piping to point of connection. Show sizing at the point of connection. Provide required water pipe size analysis data, see 2021 IPC appendix E. Data must include: service pressure, service size, meter size, pressure loss, available pressure, distribution size, WSFU served, developed length, etc.
