Denied: Thank you for your submittal.
Per Formal review requirements please submit a site plan that illustrates the proposed locations of the two (2) wall signs. It’s not clear if one of the proposed wall signs will be on the east elevation of the building or not. The sign permit application indicates that there will be a wall sign installed on the east elevation however, per formal site inspection it appears the sign may be located elsewhere. In addition, add the north/south/east/west text to the elevation sheets. There are some discrepancies between the application documents, including the sign application form, the site plan and the elevation sheets.
In addition, the sign application form is incomplete, the use of the space and the tax schedule number are missing. This document must be completely filled for submittal and review.
Revise the sign permit application package since the sign plan review requires more detail as just the submitted proposal is not self-explanatory.
