Per previous comments, this application is listed at 3305 Cinema Point (taxe schedule number - 5331202033) however this is not the address for the location shown on the 1st page of your plan image document. Please re-submit a new your sign permit application proposal under the corresponding address indicated on your site plan. In addtion, Planning only needs one packet which may be submitted under the Plan image classification. Currently the same documents are submitted under Plan image and elevation drawings.
