Per City code, this tenant has a frontage calculated at 30 linear feet for the east elevation which would allow up to a 60sf wall sign, and the current proposal is 85.51sf. Please reduce size of the wall sign and resubmit.

Per site inspection 10-23-2025, the "Non-compliant" T-Posts which was attached to the illegal temporary banner was still up and was recorded to be still on display. A $100 inspection fee will be assessed upon formal review and additional fees will be issued per inspection until property is in compliance.

1. There is a banner attached to posts in the landscaped area on the east side of the property, adjacent to South Rockrimmon Boulevard - Illegal banner(s) attached to posts are PROHIBITED in City limits. Banners are ONLY permitted when they are attached to the exterior of a building wall, require a permit and are limited to 90 days display allocation per calendar year per City Code §7.4.1307(F)(1)(a)(5) / §7.4.1307(F)(1)(b)(7).
Also, the size of the proposed wall sign for the east elevation is too big per code, the wall length is 30 linear feet with a code allocation of 1.5sf per linear which only allows for a 45sf wall sign on the east elevation. Please reduce size and resubmit.
