This has been asked for since first review on 12-01-25 and is the reason for the preliminary reviews. The table allows for a maximum of 9000 SQ FT for a B occupancy and 13,500 SQ FT for an S-2 occupancy. Total building area is 20,590 SQ FT per the code study form. The firewall indicated on the code study form shows 1 hour. Table 706.4 limits firewalls to 2 hour or greater. This means if the wall is 1 hour, then it is not a firewall. Minimum firewall rating would need to be 2 hour per table based on 706.4. It does not appear this building will work without the 2 hour fire wall, and suite 100 will need to be separated occupancies. Sum of ratio will need to be required AND calculations shown per 506.2.2 OR building is sprinkled.
