Per Current Code, this site is regulated as a "Commercial" use which allows up to 1.5sf per linear feet of tenant frontage for the building, not the canopy structure. Upon site inspection, building has 24 linear feet of frontage on west elevation which allows up to 36 sf. The west elevation has a proposed wall sign at 46.68 sf which puts the size of the sign 10.68 sf over. Please reduce size of the sign to meet current code and re-submit.
In addition, this plan was denied for illegal signage.
