CSU approved construction drawings and utility service plan required to verify the plumbing plans correspond with the CSU approved plans for water service sizing, water entry location, building drain sizing, building drain location, etc. All backgrounds must match per PPRBD plan review requirements. Lower level plumbing plan does not match the architectural plans. (Lower level toilet facilities are included in the fixture count analysis). Piping serving indoor fixtures must discharge to the sanitary sewer.
