Thank you for your submittal. Per City Code 7.4.1307. A - Wall signs. This tenant is allowed up to 1.5sf per linear foot of tenant frontage. Based on field dimensions this site is permitted up to 38sf of east elevation wall signage. Under the current proposal, the sign calculates out to 45sf. Please reduce size of sign to meet compliance and re-submit for formal review.
