DENIED:
This site has two (2) existing freestanding signs that are classified as "Legal Non conforming" which means they may have "Face Change" only on each sign. The existing sign dimensions are 4' x 8' with radius corners. The submittal shows new cabinets that indicate a 3' x 10' dimensions. New cabinets would require current compliance and the site would loose one of the freestanding signs.
Please re-submit freestanding signs with face change only otherwise current compliance will be regulated. (
