Per the Cornell Engineering certification statement included with this permit, some retaining walls were tiered on site. If modifications to retaining walls were made that are different than the originally approved hillside site plan, then the hillside site plan must be updated to reflect those changes. Otherwise, all retaining walls > 4' must be structurally engineered and separately permitted prior to CO (there are still portions of the wall that are > 4' per original hillside site plan that need permits and should not be built without a permit)
