Per City Code for lots in the Hillside Overlay, a geologic hazard report or waiver is required. Due to the lot containing slopes exceeding 33%, it does not qualify for a geologic hazard waiver. Therefore, a geologic hazard report is required. The geologic hazard report shall be submitted directly to Engineering Development Review Division (EDRD) through our electronic review system called ProjectDox, here is a link to a guide for using ProjectDox.
