Please provide a site plan to scale that shows the property boundaries, easements, setbacks, location of the house, and show the conduit run, as well as the future solar array to properly document conformance to the Municipal Code (MC). Please note that the future solar array is a change to the zoning footprint and would be considered as an "accessory use" and "accessory structure". This will require a Zoning Development Permit (ZDP) through the WP Planning Dept. to verify conformance to the MC in regards to setbacks and easements.
