2. An accessory living quarters affidavit is required. The form must be filled out completely to include the address, legal description, and tax schedule number. The affidavit must be signed and notarized by all property owners on title. This information can be found on the El Paso County Assessor’s parcel search page. The affidavit must then be recorded with the Clerk and Recorder’s office. Once the recorded affidavit is received, upload or include the recorded document with your plan set to Pikes Peak Regional Building Department.

2. Wrong address on the Architectural, Plumbing, Electrical plans-605 Brinn Ct is not a part of this plan. If you put contractor and not project this would be clear.
3. There is 2 kitchens, this looks to be a duplex. A separate address will need to be assigned. A single unit providing complete independent living facilities for one or more persons, including permanent provisions for living, sleeping, eating, cooking and sanitation. Please email me separately to discuss.
Per Critter35@gamail-Secondly this in not a duplex their is no second kitchen only a second wet bar area like in a basement. No stove or oven or electrical for it. Just sink and fridge and dishwasher. Just a kitchenette.
