The ZDP application was submitted to the City of Woodland Park (CWP) on 6/20/2024, and the Site Plan review comments were provided on 6/28/2025 by the CWP. The review comments have been addressed on the Site Plan as submitted to PPRBD. Unfortunately, the ZDP application has expired, as they are only valid for one year per Municipal Code §18.72.020.C. The ZDP Fee was not paid, and the designated contractor has changed.
Please submit a revised 2025 Multi-Use ZDP application which can be downloaded from the City's website at:
https://woodlandpark.gov/235/Forms-Documents
The application can be submitted by email to dburgess@woodlandpark.gov

Contractor can now sign up for web-based online CWP permitting. To register, go to https://www.civicgov4.com/co_woodlandpark/portal/
Once your registration has been approved, you can login and choose "Apply for Project" below "My Dashboard" on the left side of the page.
Next, choose the "Complete an Online Application" option, and click on the "Apply Online" hyperlink on the "Accessory Structure" row (2nd from the top on the list). Enter a portion of the address in the "Land Address" field (i.e 123 Saddle) and select the land parcel. Continue with Steps 3 through 6 to complete your online application. You will receive email correspondence from staff as your application is being processed.
WP Zoning is disapproved at this time pending the ZDP application, but plan review will continue with the PPRBD reviewers.
