Schedule a pre application meeting to discuss ADU regulations. The proposed ADU is encroaching into the 5 ft rear yard setback for accessory structures. The maximum allowed height for and detached building containing an ADU is 16 ft measured from average finished grade to peak of roof no matter the roof pitch. On the site plan, the required parking stall will need to be shown. Citywide Impact fees will be due prior building permit issuance. The required public notice poster will need to be picked up at the Pikes Peak Regional Building on the 2nd floor. Upload the required affidavait.
