1. height of cover
2. Engineering has been added to review due to piers over 36" (stated on arch. drawings)
3. All Hillside Overly decks need to show a “limit of disturbance” (LOD) boundary around the construction area on the site plan. This should include the deck, material storage, equipment maneuvering and all construction activity and must NOT encroach into any preservation easement. After permit issuance but prior to construction activity, a LOD inspection is now required by contacting DREPlanningInfo@coloradosprings.gov . This will occur within 5 days of request and a 4’ construction fence needs to be in place on site in accordance with your approved plan.
